Responsibilities • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, meetings, workshops, and special programs • Support logistics such as scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and vendor communication • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events align with organizational goals • Help manage event timelines, checklists, and on-site support during events • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and post-event reports • Provide general administrative support related to event operations
