Events Assistant (Sales Team)

Company Description

The Bizarre Agency is growing, and we're looking for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals to join our Miami team. We're currently hiring for an entry-level Event Assistant, with immediate start dates available for successful candidates.

No previous experience is required, as full training is provided. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, particularly those with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, promotions, sales, or other client-facing roles.

Role Overview

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll represent a variety of client campaigns at live promotional events and community activations. You'll engage directly with customers, create memorable brand experiences, and help increase awareness of our clients' products and services.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally at promotional events and activationsEngage with customers through friendly, face-to-face interactionsBuild rapport while identifying customer interests and needsShare information about products, services, and promotional campaignsDevelop a strong understanding of client campaigns and brand messagingAnswer customer questions with confidence and professionalismAssist customers with registrations, sign-ups, or campaign participation where applicableRecord daily campaign activity and customer feedback accuratelyWork collaboratively with colleagues to support campaign success
