Pay: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt The Event Associate (EA) provides support to Public Programs, Development and Operations departments to coordinate logistics and implement production for all events and activities throughout the year, including inside the Chapel, Outdoor Green Spaces, Administrative Building, Welcome House, forthcoming Program Center, and occasional offsite venues. Public Programs (~70% dedication) • Coordinate monthly program schedule and related logistics for all public engagement activities, including concerts, lectures, meditations, interfaith vigils, and community meetings. • Support front- and back-of-house preparation and production of all public programs, including coordination with other departments for equipment, staffing, and volunteer needs • Attend program development meetings to support logistics preparation • Other day-of-program activities as assigned Development/Fundraising (~20% dedication) • Coordinate fundraising events along with contracted events coordinators (if applicable), including venue booking, catering, setup, and day-of management • Work with other departments to ensure proper support from staff/volunteers is provided for the event
