This position is a 70/30 split: 70% focused on supporting the Head of Events & Programs and 30% providing executive support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This individual will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of events while also providing reliable executive-level administrative support. • Coordinate travel and manage expense reports for the Head of Events & Programs. • Uphold exceptional customer service, serving as a key contact for attendees and stakeholders. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of full cycle event planning experience • Administrative assistant experience in a corporate office • Financial services experience is a plus • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
