Events & Catering Coordinator

With a strong emphasis on catering, this role supports the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of all internal and external events. The Events & Catering Coordinator has exceptional organizational skills, banquet service knowledge, and a proactive hospitality mindset. · Oversee and support front-of-house catering staff (servers, bartenders, support staff) during events, ensuring alignment with the BEO and hospitality standards. · Ensure catering setup meets all client and organizational expectations, including presentation, timing, and guest flow. · Ensure that all catering and events reflect the museum's mission, brand standards, and cultural respect.
