We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Events and Conferences Professional to join our Events & Conferences team at LionTree, a boutique investment and merchant bank. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with 2-4years of experience in event planning and management who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Duties and Responsibilities: • Event Operations & Execution: Manage guest registration, invitation, reporting & tracking platform; Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events, conferences, and meetings for the firm and its clients from start/ideation phase through to post event wrap up and everything in between. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in event planning, with a preference for experience in the financial services and/or media/technology industry.
