Events Coordinator

Our focus is on distilling the highest quality grain-to-glass spirits, supporting our community, and delivering thoughtful original and classic cocktails to customers who visit our cocktail lounge. We’re looking for a highly skilled events coordinator to help us maximize the potential of our cocktail lounge through the planning and execution of successful events all year round. Key Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and execute State Line Distillery events • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to build awareness of State Line Distillery event space and various opportunities • Review and update pricing packages for event options as needed • Work closely with the Bar Manager to develop and schedule event opportunities for cocktail lounge and gallery space • Create and execute an event contract for each event • Track event specific revenue • Respond to all event inquiry emails • Lead all event planning correspondence with potential clients and front of house staff • Communicate event details to staff using Asana & 7Shifts, including any special set-up needs/requests • Create and maintain a food cart vendor annual calendar • Develop and maintain business relationships with key partners throughout the Madison community • Serve as point person for all events, including coordinating all set-up and tear down for events • Represent State Line Distillery at various community events and expositions • Provide on-site support during events • Work closely with Marketing Coordinator for all event needs (social media, poster design, etc.) Compensation Structure • Base Salary $27,000 - $33,000 • Commission Pay • Health & Vision Insurance • Dental Insurance • Paid Time Off • 401k Experience: • Event planning: 1 year (Required)
