Events Coordinator

The Events Coordinator will support and elevate the growing number of events across Bethany Children's Health Center by serving as the central point of coordination for planning, communication, and execution. The Events Coordinator will collaborate with staff across the hospital, provide creative and logistical guidance, lead communication planning, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities. • Experience working within communications, marketing, or hospitality teams is preferred. Event Coordinating and Planning: • Serve as the central point of coordination for events across Communications, Foundation, and Community Development. Communication, Planning and Coordination: • Work directly with the Communications writer to draft internal and external messaging related to events.
