This position works closely with Sales, Catering, Marketing, Banquets, and Operations to ensure seamless communication and accurate documentation. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly organized, proactive hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced resort environment and enjoys working with events. Administrative & Operational Support • Maintain accurate event files and CRM records and answers incoming calls • Assist with reporting, event forecasting, and revenue tracking. Qualifications • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, events, catering, sales, or marketing.
