Events Coordinator

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job description: Towne & Oak, a bustling cafe & private event space in Winnetka, is hiring a Part-Time Catering & Events Coordinator to assist with catering orders and executing events in our private event space. Responsibilities • Work with the Catering & Events Manager to plan/execute event details and ensure cohesive results for Towne & Oak events. • The event coordinator is the on-site facility contact and is responsible for managing the setup, execution, and breakdown of events • Communicate and execute event timelines with the event staff • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Uphold professional verbal and written communication to guests, restaurant, and management team members • Hospitality and customer service engagement • Work closely with the chef and catering & event manager to ensure all details of the event are performed • Must be available to work weekends
