The Events Coordinator supports the Events and Private Dining team by managing administrative processes, coordinating event logistics, and assisting with on-site execution. This role plays a key part in ensuring events are organized, accurate, and delivered with a high level of hospitality and attention to detail. Act as a communication liaison between Event Director, clients (as directed), vendors, and internal restaurant teams to ensure alignment on event details. Attend client meetings as requested to support the Event Director. Serve as backup support for the Events Director when unavailable, including assisting with tours, meetings, and documentation updates as directed.
