This role will manage the day-to-day logistics and coordination associated with events, enabling marketing leadership to focus on strategy while ensuring a consistently high level of execution and professionalism.What You’ll DoTrade Show Planning & ExecutionPlan, coordinate, and execute 10+ regional and vertical trade shows annually, managing all operational aspects including:Booth logistics and vendor coordinationContract management and show registrationsShipping and material handlingLead scanning setup and executionEvent staffing coordinationTravel and hotel arrangementsCollateral, signage, and branded swagSupport execution of Path’s large trade show booths at major industry events, including Automate and FABTECH, in partnership with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.Ensure all event deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality.Process Improvement & StandardizationFurther develop, standardize, and improve the company’s “booth-in-a-box” approach to enable efficient, repeatable execution across multiple events.Document event processes, timelines, and checklists to support scalability and consistency.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and vendor management.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing and Sales to:Coordinate pre-event outreach and meeting schedulingSupport on-site execution and logisticsEnable timely post-event follow-up and lead handoffServe as the primary point of contact for event-related logistics and execution details.Who You Are2–5 years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, or field marketingStrong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience managing vendors, timelines, and multiple concurrent projectsComfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environmentStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsWillingness to travel as needed for eventsWhy You’ll Love Working HereDaily free lunch to keep you fueled and connected with the teamFlexible PTO so you can take the time you need, when you need itComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage6 weeks fully paid parental leave, plus an additional 6–8 weeks for birthing parents (12–14 weeks total)401(k) retirement plan through EmpowerGenerous employee referral bonuses—help us grow our team!Who We AreAt Path Robotics, we love coming to work to solve interesting and tough challenges but also because our ideas are welcomed and valued.
