As an Events Coordinator at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-knit team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and compassion.This position is responsible to produce events from conception through to completion. We are passionate about serving and are honored to be a part of this incredible work. • Preplanning with “customer” both internal and external • Responsible for room reservation/calendar for all meeting rooms • Coordination of set up • Coordination of food, technology, special requests • Follow up – evaluation, guest history, attendance numbers, etc.
