Events Coordinator

This includes collaborating with the Events Manager to meet the needs of our members. • Assist the Event Team with communication during the setup of private events. • Perform various office duties such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails. • Compile vendor invoices, maintain event request forms, and send letters to clients. • Update events as necessary and distribute banquet information via email blasts and interoffice deliveries to food and beverage service departments daily.
