Events Coordinator

In this role, you are responsible for finding new events to ensure that event sales and gross profit goals are reached. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Events Coordinator will be responsible for a team of direct reports. The principal duties and responsibilities of the Events Coordinator consist of, but are not limited to, the following: • Provides on the job coaching, mentoring and motivating to ensure that assigned • Holds the events demonstrators responsible for the behaviors that are needed to meet or • Effectively and constantly recruiting new demonstrators • Maintain a visual pipeline on all demonstrators and takes immediate action if a demonstrator
