This position reports to the Vice President of Events and supports the Meeting Planner, providing administrative, logistical, and operational support across all event functions. · Coordinate event logistics including attendee registration, travel arrangements, on-site support, food & beverage orders, ground transportation and materials preparation · Assists Meeting Planner with hotel and vendor contracts, room block and concession management and housing lists o Photo Opportunities · Event planning and/or administrative support experience preferred (but not required)
