The ideal candidate will be a trusted team member with clear communication skills, coordinate programs for employee, client, and trade partner events and maintain a welcome environment for all attendees. • Excellent writing, verbal, creative, and organizational skills with ability to communicate at all client, trade partner, and employee levels. • Proven experience in event planning or coordination. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS (environment, noise level, public interactions) • Office working environment, regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about office building and job trailers • Ability to drive to job sites to meet with teams/employees in outdoor construction environment and may include: high heat, walking on uneven terrain, climb / descend stairs, loud noises • Lift and move up to 20 pounds • Ability to wear required PPE on job sites
