Key Responsibilities Manage logistics for national and regional events, including registration, shipping, and booth coordination Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain event inventories to ensure timely delivery of materials Support onsite event execution and assist with post-event wrap-up activities Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project support Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-moving environments Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana, Notion, etc.) Experience in vendor management Bonus: Experience supporting B2B or EdTech events
