Responsibilities: • Develop and execute enablement strategies to support operational priorities and achieve measurable outcomes • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption • Oversee operations and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency Requirements: • 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles • Preferred experience in a matrixed or global organization • Background in strategic planning or business transformation • Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs • Familiarity with operational frameworks and tools (e.g., OKRs, PowerBI)
