Events Coordinator and Public Relations Specialist

The ideal candidate is a natural networker, skilled at building partnerships, and comfortable serving as the public face of the organization. Key Responsibilities • Identify, plan, and coordinate community events that align with Vamos Health’s mission • Build and maintain partnerships with organizations, companies, and community leaders • Organize in-clinic activities such as small master classes, health talks, and informational sessions for prospective patients • Represent Vamos Health at interviews, media appearances, and public events • Ensure the events calendar is consistently filled with high-impact community engagements • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event logistics, promotions, and follow-ups run smoothly • Seek out sponsorship or collaboration opportunities that increase brand presence • Track event outcomes and community engagement metrics to guide future activities Vamos Health is an equal opportunity employer.
