What youll do
Plan, coordinate, and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, workshops, customer dinners, conferences).Manage logistics end-to-end: scheduling, vendor coordination, registration, run-of-show, and follow-up.Partner with marketing and sales to align events with business goals and messaging.Track event performance, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.Support Signals leaders and customers during live events to ensure smooth execution.
Who you are
35 years of experience in events, field marketing, or related roles (virtual + in-person).Highly organized project manager with strong attention to detail.Comfortable with event tech (Zoom/Webinar platforms, registration tools, CRM integrations).Creative problem solver who can adapt quickly when things shift.Strong communicator and relationship-builder, both with customers and internal teams.Excited to join a fast-growing team and help shape the future of AI events.
Nice-to-have (not required):
Experience with Excel or event management platforms.Familiarity with marketing automation tools.Background in B2B SaaS or tech events.
