Events Facilitator

The Events Facilitator is a key member of the Retail, Events, and Hospitality (REH) Department responsible for implementation of internal and external event production and operations at Taliesin West, including private and public events. • Works with Volunteer Program Manager and Tours Team Manager on Duty (MOD) to coordinate the use of tour guides and volunteers and briefs the team prior to mobilization while supervising their on-site functions during public and private events. Day-of Event Execution: • Under the direction of the Events & Hospitality Manager, implements and monitors day-of-event production for assigned events.
