Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Creates an environment that fosters cultural, social and recreational opportunities for both On Top of the World residents and the general public • Manages a calendar of entertainment events that promotes a festive, energized atmosphere within the Town Center • Ensures events are planned, managed and executed on the Town Square • Ensures audio, video, and lights is executed for events on the Town Square and Cultural Center • Manages calendar of events that are included in the Master the Possibilities program conducted in the Cultural Center • Works in cooperation with the staff of the Health & Recreation department to provide the most up to date and meaningful programs • Works closely with internal and external customers to develop a seamless continuity of services • Supports and satisfies the specific requirements of entertainers • Coordinates the set-up of various facilities within CSC/Cultural Center with the maintenance supervisor • Accepts assignments to committees, task forces, etc., when requested • Must be flexible to work event nights and weekends • Performs all duties in adherence to OTOW standards • Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices • Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and coworkers • Performs other duties as assigned Skills and Knowledge: • Broad functional experience in areas of entertainment including but not limited to live performances, festivals, art shows, and farmers markets, etc. • Familiarity with word processing and basic knowledge of audio and visual equipment • Must have strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and be capable of communication with a diverse range of individuals • Ability to communicate, organize, prioritize, schedule and multi-task in a highly systematized and detailed manner • Customer Service and communication skills
