The Coordinator will also lead... the Special Events Planning Committee, support organization-wide special events, and collaborate with the Communications team for event materials and communications.This position reports to the Director of Marketing and Communications and requires availability within 24 hours for urgent event-related issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead day-of event activities to ensure successful execution within budget and meeting expectations. Committee Leadership: • Lead the Special Events Planning Committee to support event planning and execution. Collaboration with Communications Team: • Work with the Communications Team to develop materials and communications for special events.
