Greenspun Media Group is looking for a qualified intern to join our Events team. Responsibilities ... • Provide administrative assistance ensuring accuracy of all department records and data; • Oversee department inventory and manage organization of event materials; • Assemble event collateral; • Research and provide recommendations for possible event activations, sponsors and gifted items; • Assist with set up and strike for all events; • Assist with event planning and preparation; • Assist with on-site social media for events; • Provide creative ideas for event themes, decor, etc. Greenspun Media Group is a family-owned company that prides itself on operating collaboratively and collegially across all parts of our organization.
