Events Lead

Now, we are bringing that audience offline. We are looking for a high-energy, highly connected, extremely organized Events Lead to create premium Traded events across Miami. Own Traded’s Miami events strategy from idea to execution.Build a calendar of curated, high-end events across real estate, venture capital, startups, private capital, and business.Develop event concepts that feel premium, relevant, differentiated, and aligned with the Traded brand.Research and source the right speakers, moderators, venues, sponsors, partners, attendees, and collaborators.Build curated guest lists across developers, brokers, owners, lenders, founders, investors, family offices, operators, executives, hospitality leaders, and luxury brands.Secure venues and manage relationships with restaurants, hotels, private clubs, event spaces, vendors, and production partners.Create and sell sponsorship packages, event partnerships, and multi-event or year-long partnership programs.Work directly with brands and partners to ensure every event creates measurable value, strong perception, and a reason to sponsor again.Own event operations, including budgets, timelines, invitations, guest communication, run of show, check-in, vendor coordination, speaker logistics, production, and post-event follow-up.Partner with the Traded media team to turn events into content, social distribution, sponsor visibility, and long-term brand equity.Identify new ways to monetize events through sponsorships, ticketing, VIP access, private memberships, partner dinners, brand integrations, and premium event series.Ensure every event feels polished, curated, energetic, high-status, and worth attending. A high-energy operator who is hungry, resourceful, organized, and excited to build something new.3+ years of experience in events, partnerships, sponsorships, business development, hospitality, media, real estate, venture capital, private capital, luxury, or a related field.Strong understanding of Miami’s business, real estate, hospitality, startup, investor, and private capital ecosystem.Existing relationships in Miami and the ability to build new relationships quickly.Experience creating, selling, managing, or operating premium events such as dinners, panels, speaker events, networking events, brand activations, conferences, or private gatherings.Ability to sell high-ticket sponsorships, partnerships, and event packages to brands, firms, and strategic partners.Strong taste level and a clear understanding of what makes an event feel high-end, exclusive, useful, and culturally relevant.Comfortable communicating with executives, founders, investors, developers, brokers, sponsors, venues, and high-profile guests.Excellent organization, follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once.Willingness to be hands-on with everything from big-picture strategy to guest lists, check-in, venue coordination, sponsor decks, and follow-up emails.Confident, polished, proactive, and commercially minded.Based in Miami and able to work full-time in person from Bay Harbor Islands. The goal is to build a profitable events business that delivers real ROI for Traded, sponsors, partners, speakers, and everyone in the room.
