The Events Management Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing a high volume of event reservations and requests through the University's Event Management Software. Working closely with clients, campus partners, and key stakeholders, the Coordinator ensures that the event reservation process is smooth, compliant with University policies, and meets all procedural requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service excellence, with the Coordinator serving as a knowledgeable resource for students, staff, and external event clients.
