fully engages in the GPS (Performance Management) process; provides high-quality feedback, and ensures proper GPS documentation of employee performance, recognition, and deficiencies Essential Duties Manages and responds to private event inquiries daily, ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner Assures the timeliness and accuracy of all event details, timelines and charges to ensure events are booked and charged properly Follows-up with guests to ensure 100% guest satisfaction and establish relationship for future bookings and referrals Provides confirmation to clients to clearly communicate expectations for their events, makes recommendations and ensures menus and guest counts are finalized in a timely manner Manages Event and Food & Beverage staff in the execution of events; works with other business partners to assure their staffing and understanding of their roles in each event is clearly defined, properly staffed and expectations established Tracks event finances, confirms payments and ensures proper record keeping with the Finance Department Conducts outreach to drive new events business Networks with other vendors and venues to stay abreast of industry trends and solicit referrals Maintains a professional image by adhering to the guidelines listed in the Employee Handbook Other duties may be assigned Non-Essential Duties Other duties may be assigned Minimum Requirements Education and Experience High School degree or GED equivalent;
