The Hospitality Events Manager will play a central role in the success of Sonoma Raceway events and programs. The Hospitality Events Manager will work in conjunction with Sonoma Raceway’s General Manager and VP of Sales to develop marketing strategies, achieve revenue goals, and maintain the highest level of operational excellence. The candidate selected for this position will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and a strong attention to detail and discretion. • Serve as the onsite contact for all Turn 11 events, personally greeting attendees, overseeing program transitions and departures, ensuring client satisfaction throughout, and coordinating with other departments to ensure flawless execution.
