Events Manager Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, product launches, seminars and customer engagement programs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives, themes and key messages aligned with company goals - Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management and on-site execution - Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and successful event outcomes - Implement innovative strategies to maximize attendee engagement and satisfaction - Track and analyze event metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor events to continuously enhance the events strategy Events Manager Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business or related field - Proven experience as an Events Manager, preferably in the building materials or construction industry - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a keen eye for detail - Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table - Proficient in event management software and tools - Willingness to travel as required for events If you are a dynamic and results-oriented Events Manager ready to take on the challenge of showcasing a leading building materials brand, we want to hear from you.
