• Event Planning and Execution: Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including space inspections, tastings, vendor meetings, day-of client contact, and seamless event execution from setup to teardown. Track sales metrics such as forecasting, conversion ratios, and lost bookings to optimize sales performance and ensure departmental growth. • Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop marketing initiatives that drive event bookings and increase sales. • Strong negotiation and client management skills, with the ability to drive revenue.
