With a salary range of $75,000 to $80,000, this full-time position is based in the Institute’s Irvine office but requires travel to various event locations, including Napa and New York City. • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 3-5 years experience in event management • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools • Ability to work collaboratively with clergy, executives, staff, and volunteers • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially • Availability for travel and flexible working hours
