Position Summary The Junior Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving private event revenue across a diverse mix of social, corporate,nonprofit, and wedding events at a high-volume destination venue. Success in this role requires comfortin a fast-paced, high-touch event environment, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to manage multiple eventsconcurrently while maintaining exceptional service standards.This position plays a critical role in expanding market segments, deepening existing relationships, and contributingmeaningfully to increased revenue goals for 2026 in alignment with broader regional and national objectives.A successful candidate will be team-oriented, enthusiastic, and have a solid understanding of event revenuegeneration. Serve as the primary client contact from contract through event execution. Minimum 5+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or a related field. Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to guide pricing, scope, and enhancement conversations.
