Events Manager

Represent outlets at public events to promote the restaurant and the hotel. Maintain a current database of competition’s private dining rooms including, but not limited to menus, layouts, regulations and managers. Flexibility to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Proficient knowledge of Cast and Open Table reservation systems as well as general Windows based operations. Ability to work independently.
