Responsibilities of an Event Manager

Event Planning & Execution: Help organize and deliver promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement campaigns across Charlotte.Event Sales & Customer Acquisition: Engage with attendees, introduce client products and services, generate sales opportunities, and contribute to campaign revenue targets.Brand Representation: Represent clients from different industries, delivering a professional and engaging customer experience at every event.Campaign Coordination: Support event setup, promotional materials, daily schedules, and on-site activities to keep campaigns running efficiently.Team Coordination: Work closely with event staff, support new team members, and help maintain a productive, organized event environment.Performance & Reporting: Track sales results, customer engagement, and campaign performance, sharing feedback to improve future events.Client Campaign Support: Learn client objectives, understand target audiences, and help adapt sales approaches to different products, services, and campaigns
