Temporary Event Coordinator

Express is seeking a temporary Event Coordinator to support fundraising events, community engagement activities, and ensure representation at charitable initiatives across our communities at one of our clients. This individual will serve as a professional representative of the client at community events, coordinate on-site donation drives, and lead the planning efforts for the client's annual Day of Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the client and the Foundation at community events and nonprofit partner engagements.Manage event logistics, including registration, vendor coordination, setup, promotional materials, and onsite support.Maintain sponsorship and event tracking documents, timelines, and reporting.Serve as a liaison with nonprofit organizations, event organizers, sponsors, client employees and other internal stakeholders.Assist with event planning and execution for fundraising, volunteer, and community outreach initiatives.Support post-event follow-up, recognition efforts, and impact reporting.Qualifications:

Experience in event planning, event operations, sponsorship management, or nonprofit fundraising.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the client professionally in the community.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management tools.Ability to work evenings and weekends to support events.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage logistics, build positive community relationships, and ensure the client receives maximum value and visibility from its sponsorship investments.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
