To service hotel, services, and staff of the Hotel in accordance with the hotel business/marketing plans in order to meet or exceed budgeted catering sales department revenue goals. • Perform a variety of other duties as assigned and responsibilities as requested by the DOC. • Perform other services and duties as requested by the DOSM. In conjunction with other office personnel, maintain accurate and up to date records of all sales department functions and transactions. All duties and requirements are essential job functions.
