Position Summary The Event & Meeting Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all meetings, events, and catering functions at AC Hotel Pasadena. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following contract executionMaintain clear, consistent communication to ensure alignment on all event detailsManage changes, special requests, and last-minute adjustments with professionalism and urgencyOversee billing accuracy, including deposits, final invoices, and post-event reconciliationBuild strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsEvent Planning & Execution Create and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) outlining all event specificationsCoordinate all aspects of events, including room setup, audiovisual needs, catering, and timelinesPartner with culinary, banquet, and operations teams to ensure flawless executionOversee events on-site to ensure service quality and adherence to client expectationsEnsure all meeting and event spaces meet brand standards and client requirementsOperations & Coordination 2–4 years of experience in hotel event management, catering, or conference servicesStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with hotel systems (Delphi, CI/TY, or similar) preferredFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededWhy Join Us
