As an Events Operations Coordinator for Literati, your role is to help scale our national conference and event operations while ensuring a consistent, professional, and engaging brand experience across every touchpoint. In this role, you will primarily support conference planning, logistics, and operational infrastructure while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to coordinate event assets, inventory, and post-event follow-up. Build and maintain conference playbooks, timelines, inventory tracking, and operational processes Standardize conference booth packages and materials to support scalable event execution Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to coordinate conference execution and materials Create and manage creative briefs while tracking timelines, approvals, and delivery of conference assets Monitor post-event lead follow-up activity and flag gaps in sales engagement Maintain clean and accurate data across event and lead management workflows
