Key Responsibilities • Manage birthday party inquiries, bookings, and event planning • Convert leads into confirmed party reservations through phone, email, and in-person consultations • Assist customers in selecting party packages, upgrades, and add-ons • Coordinate party schedules and confirm event details with guests • Supervise party hosts and ensure high-quality event execution • Track bookings, sales performance, and event schedules • Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Requirements Language Requirements • English and Spanish required • Portuguese is a strong plus
