The Events Planner position is responsible for supporting the operational coordination and execution of marketing-oriented events in the Bay Area. This role involves collaborating with the Marketing Events Manager to organize high-impact events for external stakeholders, including prospects and clients, with the objective of driving pipeline and revenue growth. • Managing event logistics, including vendors, samples, and event venues. Requirements: • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a marketing event planner/coordinator/assistant. • Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and outside regular hours when events are scheduled.
