Events Producer

The Events Producer is responsible for the detailed planning, coordination, and execution of Trident's private events while also providing production support for our public events program. Communicate event details, changes, and deadlines clearly with clients and internal teams. Is comfortable speaking in front of a crowd—humor and charisma are a plus! Because this is a hands-on event production role, the position is on-site and requires the ability to assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving tables, chairs, supplies, and other event-related fixtures and carrying boxes weighing approximately 25–50 lbs. This role is a great fit for someone who loves the details of planning an event just as much as the energy of seeing it come to life.
