The Events & Program Coordinator is a key member of the Office of Professional Development, responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual professional development events and programs, as defined below. KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties may vary, and other duties may be assigned. It does NOT include cohort certificate programs. Coordinate the planning and delivery of professional development events and programs, ensuring all logistics, schedules, and technical requirements are met.Manage the execution of virtual learning environments to ensure high-quality delivery of online events and programs.Oversee speaker and facilitator engagement, ensuring all logistical, contractual, and scheduling needs are fulfilled.Support the execution of sponsor commitments during events, serving as the primary on-site contact for sponsor-related logistics and deliverables.Maintain and update public-facing event and program content, including webpages and branded materials.Contribute to promotional efforts for professional development offerings, including managing content for social media, newsletters, and print/digital outreach.Support internal communications and departmental planning, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, and follow-up communications.Evaluate the success of programs and events, capturing feedback and summarizing key recommendations for improvement.REQUIREMENTS OF ALL ASSOCIATES: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR One to three years of relevant work experience in planning and implementing professional development offerings, large, multi-session events, or project management
