Events Program Manager

The role of Project and Program Manager at Omni Inclusive is a pivotal position that demands a strategic mindset coupled with operational expertise. The candidate will also engage closely with vendor management and coordinate across various teams within Omni Inclusive to deliver mid to large-scale events with precision and creativity. This role is not only about execution but also about pioneering improvements and driving strategic initiatives that enhance overall event experiences and organizational success. Bs or ms in computer science or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in event planning and management Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Detail oriented with excellent communication skills Strong skills with Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Developed budget management, negotiation, pitching and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Experience with dashboard creation and process automation Knowledge of developer relations space and developer communities OysterLink is a restaurant, hospitality, and hotel job platform.
