Events Project Manager

A company is looking for an Events Project Manager to oversee the execution of virtual and in-person events. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, including roundtables, webinars, and conferences Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery Track and report on event performance and operational metrics for post-event analysis Required Qualifications 4 to 6 years of experience in event execution, event operations, or project management roles Proven experience executing virtual and in-person events end-to-end Experience coordinating vendors, venues, A/V production, and event logistics Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Experience working in a startup environment
