Ensuring event planner satisfaction while meeting and or exceeding department and individual revenue goals.Position StatementAs an Event Service Manager, you will be responsible for event execution between the hotel and the customer during the meeting or event. Acts as liaison between the customer and the hotel by directing each department within the hotel as to their specific role in the on‑site event. Successful achievement of this goal ultimately results in a major contribution to the re‑booking of the business for future dates, maximizing revenues through effective up‑selling of products and services.
