Position Summary This position is responsible for the physical setup, breakdown, and reset of event spaces according to client specifications, floor plans, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and arrange event spaces as outlined in diagrams, work orders, and supervisor/lead instructions.Move and position tables, chairs, risers, stages, portable walls, sports flooring, and other equipment safely and efficiently.Perform event breakdowns and room resets in a timely manner, ensuring the space is returned to standard or prepared for the next event.Operate equipment such as dollies, carts, and pallet jacks; training may be provided for additional tools as needed.Report any damaged or missing equipment to the supervisor promptly.Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests.Qualifications Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or facilities work is a plus but not required (training provided).Ability to lift and move up to 25-50 lbs safely and stand or walk for extended periods.Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.Reliable attendance and punctuality.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Work Environment
