The role will work within the company’s Marketing Department and report to the Director of Marketing. • Develop recommendations/suggestions to enhance the event’s success, identify new opportunities for involvement and explore (and present) new ideas for future consideration. • Manage inventory and ordering of promotional items, company spirit wear and ad-hoc broker requests, as needed. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and task management skills to ensure pre/post-event success. • Proven track record of directly interfacing with suppliers, understanding and working within corporate guidelines, and planning and managing all logistics related to the planning and execution of events, trade shows, conferences and other ad hoc needs.
