Events Support Specialist - $33 to $42 per HOUR

The role of the Events Support Specialist is essential in supporting the planning and execution of various events at our Medical Center and within the broader community. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications and in close coordination with our marketing event coordinator, this position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both in-person and virtual events. • High school diploma or GED • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid driver’s license • Three years related experience • Knowledge of computer and related technology • Ability to work independently and in a team • Effective communication skills • Flexibility to work weekdays evenings and weekends • Comfortable with physical tasks such as setting up equipment and transporting supplies
