Housed in a beautifully restored 1800s engine house, our venue combines rustic architectural charm with refined elegance, hosting everything from weddings and high-profile corporate galas to intimate wine tastings and community fundraisers. As the Events Manager, you will serve as the primary face of the venue for clients and vendors. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Sales & Client RelationsLead Generation & Sales: Respond promptly to incoming private event inquiries, qualify leads, and conduct engaging on-site tours of Engine House 25.Contracting & Budgeting: Prepare customized event proposals, draft contracts, manage invoicing, and track deposit schedules.Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire planning lifecycle—floor plans, timelines, and vendor coordination.Planning & Vendor ManagementVendor Coordination: Maintain strong working relationships with preferred caterers, florists, event rental companies, and partner breweries.
